Terms of Service

OnePOV helps event hosts collect guest photos, videos, and voice notes through event links, QR codes, moderation tools, host galleries, and live slideshow features. Features may vary by plan, event type, device capability, or current product availability.

We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including upload limits, retention periods, or feature access, when needed for reliability, security, legal compliance, or product evolution.

You may use OnePOV only if you can form a binding agreement with us and comply with applicable laws. If you create a host account, you are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep it reasonably current, and notify us if you believe your account or event access has been compromised.

You may not use OnePOV to upload, store, display, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, exploitative, invasive of privacy, hateful, defamatory, malicious, or otherwise harmful. You also may not use the service to probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with product integrity or security.

We may investigate misuse and may remove content, disable links, limit access, suspend events, or terminate accounts when we believe action is necessary to protect users, OnePOV, or third parties.

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit, subject to rights already granted to others. By using OnePOV, you give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service features you request.

You represent that you have all permissions, consents, and legal rights needed for your uploads, event setup, and guest sharing workflow, including rights relating to privacy, publicity, copyright, and any minors shown in content where applicable.

OnePOV may offer a free event tier and paid event access such as Event Pass. Paid access, feature limits, media support, retention, watermark rules, and export rights are described in product and may be updated prospectively.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider, not directly by OnePOV. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, purchases are final and non-refundable once paid event access has been provisioned or materially used.

Free events currently retain media for 7 days. Event Pass events currently retain media for 30 days, unless deleted sooner. Hosts can delete events, and we may also remove or expire event data according to retention rules, legal obligations, or safety needs.

We work to keep OnePOV available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Upload success, playback, and media availability can be affected by device limitations, browser behavior, network conditions, storage issues, or maintenance.

You may stop using OnePOV at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account, event, upload link, or content if we reasonably believe these terms were violated or if action is needed for security, legal compliance, payment risk, abuse prevention, or operational integrity.

Termination or suspension may result in loss of access to event content or features, especially if retention windows have passed or content was removed for policy reasons.

To fullest extent allowed by law, OnePOV is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or fit for every event use case.

To fullest extent allowed by law, OnePOV and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or event opportunities arising from or related to service use. If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to amount you paid us for relevant event access in 12 months before claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no payment was made.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update effective date, post revised terms, or provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of OnePOV after updated terms become effective means you accept revised terms.

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions will continue in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms clearly presented in product, form the agreement between you and OnePOV regarding service use.
